Founded in 2014, Beyond EAP provides specialist coaching and support for employees navigating life’s most complex, high-impact challenges. We combine clinical and therapeutic expertise, deep workplace understanding, and a genuinely human approach to support employees through the moments that most affect wellbeing, confidence, engagement, and sustainable performance at work.

We partner with HR, People & Culture, L&D, and Occupational Health teams to support employees through experiences such as parental transitions, trauma, bereavement, burnout, serious diagnoses, and other significant life events that often sit beyond the scope of traditional EAP provision.
