Coaching or support?
Depending on the needs highlighted, we will either provide bespoke coaching or a programme of tailored EAP support. Both services are summarised below, with some examples of how they are used.

Specialist employee coaching
Ultimately, our coaching programmes focus on resilience-building: helping your employees understand their emotions and how to process them effectively.
Each personally-tailored session combines our specialist expertise and hands-on experience with proven coaching techniques, to promote confidence and the ability to cope with life and work.
Parental Transition Coaching
We work compassionately with women, men, and same-sex couples, helping them navigate each stage of the parental journey. Specific areas of focus might include developing a successful handover, integrating work and parenting, and maintaining career momentum. This can also cross over to postnatal support if required.
Preventive Coaching
These bespoke sessions focus on processing emotions effectively, as well as developing robust coping strategies, so issues like anxiety and depression don’t become unmanageable long-term problems.

Our bespoke caring support programmes use proven techniques that build resilience and promote self-understanding, so employees feel able to re-emerge into life and work.
Depending on the circumstances, if employee trauma support is indicated we may use recognised trauma therapies, such as EMDR, in our support sessions.
Bereavement, Grief & Loss Support
We work kindly with employees who have suffered a personal loss, including abortion and miscarriage support, workplace bereavement, divorce, and redundancy.
Post-Diagnosis Support
Our personally tailored sessions support employees who have been diagnosed with a disease, disorder, or terminal illness, or employees whose loved ones have received the diagnosis. Areas of focus might include emotional impact support, self-care, wellbeing, and where appropriate, announcement support and/or managing caring responsibilities.
Trauma Support
We work closely and compassionately with employees who have suffered recent or past trauma, including (for example) bullying, abuse, rape, even post-natal trauma, or witnessing a terrorist attack. As trauma specialists, we are trained in many therapeutic techniques including EMDR.

At Beyond EAP a ‘One size fits all’ concept doesn’t exist. Our approach will be completely bespoke to the needs of your employee (or employees), based on your own referral.
We understand the importance of receiving the right support, quickly. So when we are notified about an employee requiring our help, we will contact them either on the same day or the next.
